ADDVANCE has been specifically created for fellow ADHDers to overcome many of the challenges that arise before and after a medical diagnosis of ADHD, so that you too, can live a full, wholesome life.
Grief, anger, despair and overwhelm are many of the emotions I experienced when I was diagnosed with combined ADHD in Autumn 2022. Through a lot of trial and error, tailored coaching and professional psychological education, I have personally made the journey to understand, manage and support my ADHD.
In this package we (me + you) will seek to understand and identify your specific ADHD traits and behaviours that cause pain, disruption and difficulties in your life. I will support and empower you to overcome daily challenges with managing your condition, and provide a variety of resources that you can access anytime. Additionally you will have the opportunity and the support to trial new routines and lifestyle changes until you find the ideal life structure that allows you to live a full life. ADDVANCE also includes on-demand email and text support 24/7 to keep you committed and accountable throughout your journey.
